Our next Concert Band session begins with the first rehearsal on Thursday, January 19, 2012, at Skyline High School in Ann Arbor, and continues on Thursdays except for February 23 until Thursday, March 15 with a concert on Sunday, March 18 at Huron High School. All rehearsals run from 7:30 to 9:30 PM. A small contingent of band members and friends often go out after rehearsals for a couple hours of socializing and camaraderie. To play in the Concert Band you need to be an UMBAA member in good standing, so if you are not a Life member and haven't paid your dues for the year, you can pay your dues on the Membership Application form on the Forms menu (available after you login to the site). If you mailed in your Membership Application and dues payment, but your status shows as Inactive, please send an email to umbaa-webmaster@umich.edu so that your status can be updated online. Click here for more information about the concert on March 18th.
